I ordered from their website from out of town. I chose something that I thought was pretty and appropriate for the occasion. The florist called to apologize as they'd had higher demand for some of the flowers in the pictured arrangement and would a substitute be fine. Absolutely. I actually liked the alternative better. I also requested an update when the flowers were delivered. Both times, a lovely person called me. No automated messages. Personal service.
